CANTER Mid-Atlantic will present awards to the top placing Off-Track-Thoroughbreds (OTTBs) competing in the USEF/USEA Recognized Southern Pines Horse Trials II Intermediate and Advanced Divisions.
“Seeing first-hand the transformation of a retired race horse into a performance sport horse is amazing,” said Allie Conrad, executive director CANTER Mid-Atlantic. “We are thrilled to have the opportunity to recognize the transformation of these amazing horses and the owners and riders who have dedicated themselves to that process.”
The top placing OTTB will be awarded a customized leather halter and lead and riders will receive a CANTER hat. Owners or riders may enter their OTTB at the Carolina Horse Park when picking up their competition packet.
