May 26, Woodstock, VT—The GMHA Cross-Country Upgrade committee is pleased to announce several opportunities to learn more about the just-launched project. In conjunction with Denny Emerson’s book signing at the June Horse Trials on Saturday, June 4, committee members will be on-hand to provide an overview of the project and answer questions, including how to donate. The informational session will take place at the Youth Center following the book signing party, which begins around 5:30 at the conclusion of stadium.

Another opportunity to learn about this exciting project and how money raised will be allocated is on Saturday night, August 13 at the August Horse Trials. We know Eventers love a good time, so to get you in a giving mood (and tell you a bit about upgrade plans) we’re hosting a competitor’s party including extensive hors d’oeuvre, wine and beer. More details about the party will be posted on the GMHA and Area I websites as we get closer to the event.

GMHA Cross-Country Upgrade Committee Wants Your Photos!

If you got your start, learned the ropes, made your mark or just plain love competing at the GMHA Horse Trials, we want your picture! We’re putting together a slideshow for this August’s event as part of our Cross-Country Upgrade competitor’s party and are looking for pictures of GMHA’s cross-country, past and present. Please submit photographs or digital images along with your name, address (physical for photographs, e-mail for digital) and phone number to Molly Hutchins at GMHA, molly@gmhainc.org, P.O. Box 8, S.
