Full Moon Farm has added a second event to the Area II calendar to be hosted at their Finksburg, Md. venue. The one-day event will take place July 24, 2016 to replace the discontinued Kelly’s Ford Horse Trials.

The farm has hosted an unrecognized event on this date in years past, so the evolution to a recognized event was easily done. “Since we already have run our ‘Aloha Horse Trials’ for the past five years on that date, we were mentally prepared anyway,” says farm owner and event organizer, Karen Fulton. “With AEC being closer this year we have had a ton of folks who would like another chance to qualify and get there! A win-win for everyone.”

The event will offer division Beginner Novice through Training, as well as levels for Intro and Starter, with all courses designed by Eric Bull. The event is also currently offering an early bird discount for all entries received before June 21, so get those entries in! The closing date is July 5.
